General management
The Director General is the authorizing officer of UVCI. He is vested with the necessary powers to ensure the administration and the direction of the company.
In this capacity, he is responsible for :
- • to carry out all acts necessary for the realization of the missions of the UVCI ;
- • to prepare the meetings of the Board of Management and to execute its decisions. ;
- • to prepare and execute the UVCI budget ;
- • to prepare, within three months of the end of the fiscal year, an activity report. ;
- • to manage all UVCI staff.
