The pedagogical model is designed according to an approach that allows the learner to be an actor in his or her learning and to be trained through action.
Training is carried out at a distance with access to teaching and learning resources on platforms dedicated to pedagogy, certification, MOOCs and the virtual library. Various other activities are also carried out through webinars and collaborative learning activities (chats, forums, social networks). It allows the learner to study differently, anywhere and at any time: study at home, study away from home, study and work at the same time, study at the most convenient time.
This system allows the use of digital technology by all the actors, i.e. the Teacher, the Learner and the Tutors.
• The Teacher is the expert designer of the course content.
They design courses and activities in a variety of media formats: videos, web documents, PDF, Word or PowerPoint documents, interactive documents, multimedia. He/she is responsible for ensuring pedagogical follow-up and evaluating the skills acquired.
• The Learner is trained through action (active pedagogy).
From terminals (computer, tablet, smartphone), they have access to courses and educational activities via the educational platform. They have access to teaching and learning resources enabling them to test their knowledge through self-assessment exercises.
• The Teaching Tutor provides support to the learner in the virtual classroom.
He/she assists his/her students in using the platforms and follows up on learning activities through collaborative tools (chats, forum, social media, emails, webinars, etc...)
• The Life Tutor provides employability support.
It acts as a coach for opening up to the professional world and participating in societal activities (conferences, seminars, trade fairs, etc.), community service, job hunting, business creation, etc.
These actors are supported by a team of technical and pedagogical engineers.
