The Research, Planning and Programming Department is responsible for :
- guiding and monitoring the University's development in all sectors of activity sectors of activity, in line with the priorities of the national, regional and international national, regional and international development plan ;
- planning the University's activities
- coordinating, in conjunction with the departments concerned, the performance contracts between the State and the University;
- drawing up and updating the University's master plan, in conjunction with the departments concerned the University's master plan;
- coordinating, in conjunction with the relevant departments, the design of the three-year the three-year Public Investment Programme and the University's budgetary the University's budget;
- forecasting and monitoring the University's intake capacity in terms of student numbers;
- identifying and planning the University's needs in terms of human, material technological resources and infrastructure.
