The Property and Maintenance Department is responsible for managing of our property assets. In particular, it is responsible for
- carrying out maintenance and security operations on shared facilities, and facilities, and draws up and monitors maintenance contracts for these facilities maintenance contracts;
- organising and monitoring the maintenance of scientific and educational equipment, in conjunction with the training and research structures and research structures;
- monitoring maintenance and renovation work;
- managing rolling stock.
